How can I order payoneer?

Hi all!

I have a problem. I entered payoneer.com via withdraw page in videohive.net and I chose my country. I registered, but I didn’t complete becouse I don’t need bank transfer. I need a card. Here is a problem. If I enter payoneer.com via videohive.net, it opens default page and there isn’t any order button.

Please help me. I want to order payoneer card.

Did you receive any kind of e-mail confirmation for an application with Payoneer? If so, can you provide me with the reference ID (would be in the e-mail).

If not, please send an e-mail to our Customer Support department, http://www.payoneer.com/contactUs.aspx , and then reply with the ticket ID (starts with LTK ) and I’d be more than happy to follow up for you.

I told your support center via online chat. They said “talk with partner (envato.net), we can not do anything”. I sent email to envato support center, but they didn’t give needed information either. They said “log in videohive.net, and enter payoneer”. I did that, but it opens default page. There isn’t any order button
