hi, i purchased a theme and paid deposit via ( skirll moneybookers ) .. when i return to themeforest.net after two days i found 0$ in my account !! this mean i do not pay the deposit? now , when i choose paying via paypall cash i do not found my country ( Egypt ) in the paypall form !! the question ” how can i purchase this theme ?” please help me.. Yasser, I deposited a money once using moneybookers and it was loaded instantly, Check if your moneybooker account was charged with the amount you issued.
If you were charged with the money so you should contact envato support directly.
