How Can Remove Copyright Warning of My Account?

My account was got a copyright warning of http://www.uxde.net/demo/uxtheme/ I sent many proofs to Themeforest but wasn’t approved. I’m trying to submit a new item to Themeforest but got the copyright warning of my account. How can remove it? My new theme: http://themes.uxde.net/?theme=Laverde

Your lucky to be able to use your account because normally when you have a copyright notice, envato disable your account.

Bottom line is i dont think you can remove it, you need to contact support.

Sorry, but what is the reason of the warning? Do you have the licence for the images of the theme? They are very cool… I remember someone, some months ago, used drawings by Denis Zllber without his authorization. They didn’t sell them, ok, but they simply couldn’t use them…

EDIT * Envato should do a javascript alert(‘are you sure you want to reprot’) for people who have just woke up like me lol…

Anyway, i said:

he was given a take down notice for a theme which was simular to another on a different website.

There was a dispute because he states he created the design months before it was launched on their website.

I dont know and its not my position to say who was in the wrong, that is why i said he is lucky as envato normally disable accounts.

Themeforest didn’t accept my proofs so I got a warning copyright ( I think that why my account hadn’t been banned ). I tried to report DMCA to Mythemeshop but they didn’t reply my email. Images from Flickr and Behance, I posted credits in my documentation.

Any staff here? I tried to contact via support but still waiting. I think the support team of Themeforest is not good now, 2 days for a ticket, sometime 3 or 4 days.
