The author has forgotten to renew their domain, someone else has snapped it up after it became available, and then put on a landing page with adverts and link to buy domain.
It’s pretty standard procedure if you forget to renew your domain, lots of people I know have been caught out this way, which is why you need to keep on top of your domains as if they mean something to you, then they’re invaluable

Yeah we fall foul of this all too often, with over 500 domains it gets to be a nightmare keeping on top of It all lol.

Lmfao one of those reading days again.
Probably just DNS servers then (or he didn’t buy it back and its on back order). I sent the author a link to this forum post so he can take a look at it.
We always got to look out for others, so hopefully he will see this and fix it on his end.
