May i ask very kindly how i can view the previously opened support tickets at support center?
I really do not believe in that there is no an interface to view the status of open tickets.
I am waiting for a 10 Minute Support Since 2 Days!
My Previous Forum Thread seems also removed.
If Envato is one of the biggest marketplace and when there is so much unemployment what is the reason that i am not getting a single answer from support?
Why does support center does not have an interface for us to follow our previously opened tickets?

You can view the previously opened in your mail inbox, if you want to re-open just hit reply and reply.
Well, there was an interface but now they removed for some security reasons, maybe they will be back.
Typically support takes some ~2 days to respond, according to the complexity of the question.. Try tweet your ID to twitter.com/envato_support if you have a twitter account.
