Just wondered how people found Envato? For me, I bought an issue of Computer Arts magazine in about 2007 and there were some free flash files from Flashden on the magazine CD, I was really impressed and I thought I should check out the website to see if there might be a chance of selling my audio on there. I really liked the look of the site, and joined up straight away.

I found out about Envato through Freelance Switch. I am just trying to remember how I found about Freelance Switch….I think it was through Life Hacker.

I actually found it through Digital Science’s website in 2007 when he posted first file here. But I’ve created an account one year later I think, when I realized that I can upload some motion graphic files also.

I found it when I was viewing someone’s item. Took me a bit to figure out it wasn’t someone’s blog selling stuff but actually a marketplace. :P
