The credit just appeared and no email from support. So, that is 2 open tickets since yesterday.

Now, I have another problem. I am to download the theme on Ipad3 and i get an error MSG that it cannot be downloaded.

The themes don’t work on IPad 3?

I thought that was the whole point of WP and themes?

You’ll need to use a computer to work on a theme. Once you have it up on the web you’ll be able to use your iPad and browser.

its not the wrong information.

You first need to upload your item from your windows or mac, then you can use the ipad.

I am trying to buy the detube theme but because i am in Nigeria i cannot pay through Paypal or skrill money brokers. It keeps rejecting my MasterCard. Is there any other way of buying this theme.

I have sent two support tickets and i still haven’t received any reply what so ever. which is really disappointing

I am also from Nigeria, and was referred to Themeforest by a Canadian friend. But its a pain I can’t even see an option to make payments with my MasterCard without going through third parties like Paypal or Moneybookers. Both of them don’t accept Nigerian users, so does that mean Envato don’t want Nigerian users in their marketplaces? There has to be an option for us…this is weird!
