For me I didn’t support him, I told him to login as a purchased account but he said he’d used that account at the office, for me the detail for login is only name and password why does he forget these?

^ Just clarify that he need to send trough you profile page message from account which he used to purchase your item and no problem for support, otherwise you are unable to recognize real buyers from fake buyers.
Anyway I tried to be nice always but sometime that is real art.

people will try to scam you. if he used an account at some office is not your fault.
you always need to verify if the buyer really purchased your item before offer support.
you are not obligated to provide support. Give support to who deserves and treat you with respect.
