All the information required to edit anything on my template is in my documentation so I just normally say “If you have bought the template you will find the information in the ‘Documentation’ folder.”

You could ask him to send you a screenshot of his account download page with the item in question visible to prove it’s there. He won’t because he’s has obtained your theme without buying it.

Yes, but this can be easly faked using firebug…
