How do you organize your themes/bugs/updates?

Right now I don’t have that many themes, but in the future I’m thinking about using a github-like solution, but since the themes are commercial, I can’t use it.

Any ideas/suggestions? Something so I can easily patch things, keep track of what to do/what I did, keep track of the versions, etc

GitHub has private repositories starting at $7/mo which you can use for this purpose.

Yep, I’m using privates repos on GitHub – best thing ever. Plus Asana http://asana.com/ for updates list

Oh, I think that’s what I’ll get. Will I require a new repo for each theme? Or I can list all of them in one repository?

P.S. If you have any other tools good for improving the work, please share them, I’d really appreciate it. Thks.

I’m using window folder and window txt files
Folder “theme name”:
– Folder “theme-version” :
– - – Folder “Main theme files”
– - – Folder “Documention”
– Folder “Changelogs”

That’s obviously not going to work with 5+ themes and lots of versions..Any useful tools that increase productivity % are welcome, c’mon community, don’t keep the info for yourself

I tried pen&paper, Wunderkit, Google Task, Toggl and a couple of other apps for productivity, but none were exactly what i was looking for..

I’m currently really unorganized but i really hope to fix this soon .. i’m currently having a look into @puretheme’s asana
