I wanna know what you guys do..
- I jog and walk every morning 5AM – 7AM back and forth.
- If I don’t jog.. I do home exercise.
- and eat healthy foods..
how about you? would you like to share..
It’s a long story over here. I’ve never been obese, but I’ve had serious stomach problems in the past. What I found out is that it’s cow’s milk hurting my body, and then the doctor later told me 70% of the population is alergic to cow’s milk. Okay, I stop drinking it in all products, but the pain still stays there. I remove all candies, chips, unhealthy crap and focus more on vegetables, fruit, soy (but not so much), rice and all other stuff. My pain was almost gone after that.
6 months later I have an endoscopy test and they see it’s actually that I have too much acid in my stomach – so I wasn’t actually allergic to milk, sugar or anything like that. But in those 6 months, I really hated that stuff so I kept on with my healthy food.
I feel much better and can’t believe what I used to fill my body with. It’s not that I was eating only that, I ate like most regular people out there. I thank my stomach for causing me to think about it
As for jogging, I have a free fitness pass and visit there sometimes, I play basketball with friends, don’t really run as I lose too much weight there. We also go to adrenaline parks sometimes, where you climb and have some fun.
That was long! I also hope to start walking around like that in the morning. I’m one of the few who doesn’t drink coffee, alcohol, cigarettes over here
Ofcourse, I cant live without the gym and my bike
Also doing yoga/stretching in computer breaks feels very anti-stress.
Resistance bands in the home office.
Drink lots of water.
I play a fair bit of basketball during the week. The weather is pretty good here in Perth at the moment so a few more evening bush walks are happening.
Hmm I wonder if I can get myself some Envato basketball shoes.
Walking every morning and do some rock climbing when I get time. I went to the gym a lot before but its hard to get the time for everything actually…
work full time as web designer + come back home and play with envato x2 accounts + freelance work + i’m from napoli (which means pizza, mozzarella and other several delicious things i can’t just refuse) = i’m fat and i wish i had extra time to spend for me and my family but…but…the decision was mine and i can’t say i’m not happy anyway. i’m sure things will be better next year
oh..and i drink wine like normal people drink water
