30 min cardio (cycling), 1.5 hr weights/stretching/etc
Once in a while:
Mountain Biking, Football (Real Football! -> Soccer), Swimming, Hiking, etc.
For my posture I use a herman miller embody chair, was expensive but definitely worth it!
Myself I go at the gym or for a run every morning, in the evening I do agressive skating ( and ice skating in the winter as well). In the winter I snowboard as much as I can, every week I take 1-2 day(s) trips to the mountains, only 2 hour drive from home, I think I am truely blessed because of this :D) I try to have a healthy diet and stay away from junk food and drink lots of water ( minimum 2 l of still water per day). I try to be “disciplined” about what I eat and when I do it and this usualy keeps me fit and “bouncing”
Gym it 3x a weeks.
When summer gets here it will include running on the beach.
I can’t say I have a workout/exercise routine but I do have a “keep Mark happy, de-stressed and not so crazy” routine:
- Hitting things with sticks (everyday after work)
- Snowboarding (when time, weather and season permits)
- Kitesurfing (when time, weather and season permits)
- Jumping out of planes (see above)
- Late nights out dancing (when my lovely girlfriend’s work schedule permits)
It doesn’t exactly make me trim, taunt and terriffic but does somewhat offset sitting in front of a computer all day.
I usually walk my son to school in the mornings, around one hour of walking, the days I don’t take him I do 40 minutes on the exercise bike. summer is coming up so trying to get in shape before that!
I go to gym 3 days a week and have a BJJ training 2 days a week.
I pretty much spend all my time doing sports
I ride my bike A LOT ! Also i train Table Tennis
And ofc healthy food
