I use msoffice 2007 word and distribute as a doc. PDF had jagged edges on the font, dunno why.

I made html help files from 1 year ago. I have made an html template for that. It’s pretty cool !

I use illustrator and indesign. My files are usually designed in Illustrator so I have a lot of source material I can reuse. In the end I want the user to be able to print a manual if needed.
