How I can ask my buyers to download the latest version ?

I’m working on next version of my WP plugin. How I can let my buyers know ? and How I can ask them to rate my Plugin ?

You can’t if you don’t have their emails. I also think it’s missing on the marketplace something like that

You need to add a notification aspect to your plugin. You will have to host a xml file that your plugin checks every so often and if the version is different then notifies the user there is a new download and send them over to codecanyon to get the new version. Wouldn’t that be considered a “phone home” kind of method? Or is this the gray area where it’s ok?
