If you really had to ask, then I suggest you either start doing A LOT of research on what design is or get enrolled in a course at a local college / after-school program.

i will be direct and maybe rude but it’s the only way so i will just say:
everything is wrong! why don’t you, for start, take a look at other designs in theme forest website and get the idea what templates should look like.

I agree with the above comments, but I will try to be specific in helping you with your design…
Almost all of the design elements look pixelated like they were just copied and pasted into the image. You want to make sure that whatever elements you add to the template are created in Photoshop (and layered) so that buyers can customize them or change them to their liking.
The navigation text also looks pixelated, which tells me that I can’t edit the text.
Finally, there is a lot of solid color in the design. Try adding some lighting effects or texture to make it stand out more.

What was it made in then? Really if you want to be serious about web deign i recomend Photoshop or Fireworks…
