How long I spend on a project varies actually, depends on the project itself, but mostly I try to charge 10-15 hours for a design (basic design, homepage, subpages will follow in a few more hours)
HTML&CSS coding really depends on the complexity of the project, so can’t really tell.. Also, when I’m coding I lose track of time :)

Imo it totally depends on the thing i want to make. Sometimes designing cost me over a week, and sometimes i’m feeling really creative and a homepage design only took me a day.

Totally depends on mindset and complexity etc in my opinion.
