i’ve sended an envato support request about two weeks ago.. and i still got any answer.. why? how much does it takes?

I suggest you contact them directly on their Twitter account with the ticket number, this way they will look into your matter asap. Otherwise, shoot them a mail at support@envato.com with the ticket number in place and ask them why it’s taking this long.
Not sure why you haven’t got a reply from support yet, might have been caused by a bug or the ticket has slipped through the cracks somehow.
