I’m lost here…. I signed up a while ago for Payoneer, got my account approved and received my Payoneer card in the mail, all fine and smooth until just there.
But now what? I try requesting a payout from Envato, only to keep getting a message saying I need to register a Payoneer account first. I have no clue how I am supposed to link my Payoneer account to my Envato account.
I’ve also read that Payoneer allows us to receive Envato funds into our local bank account as well, without having to pay international transfer fees, but again, no clue how to make this happen. I have tried contacting Payoneer, but have yet to get a response from them.
The end of the month is coming, and I’d really like to use my Payoneer account, rather then suffer again using Paypal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make this work? Thanks much!
You don’t need to register to attach your account to the card. Only need to login on that page with your card details.
My Payoneer account and card are working fine, they’re not the issue. The issue I’m facing is that I have no idea how to collect money from Envator into my Payoneer account.
I guess you did not register through envato link form. Thats why they are not linked. You suppose to create new account through “withdrawal” tab link to payoneer. Now you have to contact Nissim or just wait him to see this thread.
I could have sworn I did exactly that, signup for Payoneer through the Envato signup link…. but perhaps I’m loosing it and did end up signing up elsewhere.
I’ve seen Nissim reply to several Payoneer related threads, and figured he’s the one to talk to. I looked up his profile page but was not able to contact him through his profile page. Also, so far still no response from Payoneer support. Bummer….
Guess all I can do is sit back hoping Nissim will notice this thread and will be able to help out.
Thank you for considering Payoneer as a payment solution to receive your Envato earnings. I read through your posts, and it seems like you have not yet added Envato as a new funding source on your Payoneer account.
To get started, you’ll need to go to your Envato account withdrawal options (or go to your profile and click on the “Withdrawal” tab). You can access them here: http://themeforest.net/accounts/withdrawal/new
Once on that page, select Payoneer as your withdrawal option and you will be directed to an online application page. On that page, choose the option that says “Already have a Payoneer account.” This blog post has instructions on how it works: http://blog.payoneer.com/how-to-add-multiple-partners-to-one-payoneer-account/
The process only takes a few minutes, and once submitted you will be able to begin receiving payments from Envato to your Payoneer account. You can view a full list of funding sources for your Payoneer account by logging in, going to the “Account Activity” menu and selecting “Funding Sources.” https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/Login.aspx
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi there Nissim,
I have a similar problem. I wanted the Global Bank Transfer Service, instead I’ve ordered the Payoneer Card. Are there any costs involved even if I don’t activate the card?
Thank you kindly for joining this thread. Last night I got a response from Payoneer support as well, basically giving me the same instruction as you did. I followed the instructions, and I can now receive my funds into my Payoneer account. Great!
That leaves me with only one question though, same as MikeSea, how do we make the Global Bank Transfer Service work? I haven’t been able to find anything within my Payoneer account indicating I can do this? Thanks!
If you originally applied via your Envato account, you will have the option to withdraw funds from your Payoneer account to your local bank account. This is a new service we’ve introduced, which you can read about here: http://www.payoneer.com/WithdrawToBank.aspx
If you didn’t apply originally via Envato, you may not have the service available yet. We’re working on having it open to all account holders in the near future, however until they you can request to switch your Envato payment method to Global Bank Transfers. There is no cost associated with doing that, and it can be done by contacting our Customer Support Department.
