Hello guys!

That’s it. How many of you are vegetarians, vegans or just not animal products eaters? That’s interesting to know. ;-)

Post your thoughts! Not tasty juicy bbq pictures please! :-D

Haha. I don’t like Vegeta because of monosodium glutamate in it :)

I am vegetarian for a few years now and though I was always a meat lover, I feel much better now without the meat. I am not completely vegan, but I try to avoid as much dairy products.

In the beginning I thought I wouldn’t eat as tasty as I did, but actually I enjoy the food I eat much more now then I did before. If I cook for people, they often don’t even notice there is not meat in it.

Really cool :) If you don’t mind I’ll recommend a great book for you – called ‘The China Study’. You’ll find a lot of great info there.

Momentarily I eat meat, however I have tried to live on raw food (just vegetables and fruit) 21 days and I haven’t any problems with that and I have felt really great in that period… in fact “super sayan state of body” may be better description haha..

I would like to switch myself completely on the raw diet some day… but momentarily that is impossible for me (maybe if I have my own garden or lots of money because in my country prices of the vegetables are insane, and if you don´t have normal income – it´s little ** up.. and ofc. – junk food is cheap [bakery products, etc..])
