Hello,

I’m just about to finish working on a WordPress theme and will submit it soon. Right now I’m in the process of choosing a hosting plan for it, one which I will show the demo and the company’s website. Was just wondering how much bandwidth is usually enough, or how much do you guys have on your web host.

Thank you.

Yep, I’m going through about 2TB+ of bandwidth a month.

I don’t think I’m using more than 150GB a month for all my templates and themes hosted here.

How many theme demos are you hosting on that?

What hosting plans do you guys use? I was thinking of getting a shared hosting with A Small Orange. They don’t have ‘unlimited bandwidth’ plans. I was hoping 100GB bandwidth should be enough to host my site which would include the demo and documentation for just 1 theme. What do you guys think?

It will definitely be enough. Don’t let yourself fooled with “unlimited” bandwidth, that’s just a poor marketing technique. Nobody gives you unlimited bandwidth without making sure you will never reach their real “limit”.
