How much could this cost?

Hi, i like a wordpress theme, but it dont have some features i need and i want. This is what i want to add to the wordpress theme i will buy:

1. A “donation” button in the from page

3. We want our website in 2 languages English and Spanish (you dont need to know spanish, i can give you all the text in spanish). We want the websites changes from english to spanish and from spanish to englishh when people click a flag in the header

4. A countdown in the from page for “our coming event”

The website will be used for a church.

I found some themes with some of the features i said, but they are not the Design Style i need. I need a modern look theme. So, i want to buy a theme and add the features i said. How much adding those features will cost?
