Didn’t know Israel was so expensive!
I’m paying €160/month for a workplace (half big room) in the center of Madrid. All included. Is not an office, but a big old flat we (several freelancers, architects, translators…) refurbished for working. Since a couple of years many business related with co-working are merging all around the city, so right now you can find nice and well located places to work for €100-€200.

,its Just Tel-Aviv ,its like Manhattan in price, once you leave the city prices drop down ,but in general the cost of living here is crazy for the money you make here .
Still nothing compeer as to pay for a ticket in a good place on the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium

Rent in Santa Barbara California is about $1,200.00 for a single Bedroom.
I paid 1,950.00 + 400.00 more for Utilities etc. for a Small 1 BDRM Cottage.
That’s why I had to give up the mortgage.
Apartment hunting now. $1,800.00 usd + for a 2 Bedroom, plus utilities!

Cappuccino about 3 euros, croissant about 1.50-2.00 euros.
Greeks are jealous of Italians for their cheap and high quality coffee in cafeterias.
(on topic: Rent is between 300-600 euros here usually, depending on the apartment)

+1. We rent a 3 bedroom house that is around £650 / $995 (aud) a month, before a single bill is paid. It is great at the moment, but we shall be moving to our own (smaller) place hopefully next year. Just have to wait to have two years accounts.
