Personally, it completely depends on the attitude of the customer. I’ve exchanged 20+ emails with some customers because they were pleasant to help.
+1 – If someone is nice, friendly, and doesn’t expect instant ‘my client wants this’ help then I’ll always go the extra mile, every time.

Ditto. A “do it for me now” attitude does nothing but turn off the after-burners.

If Envato gives us for reaching Elite level = Ignoring 50 people and that’s not counting 1 Star then this feature will be BOMB :)

People need to learn that they are dealing with professionals (or so it should be) and they need to get their act together and stop acting like they are in a oriental market (even if this is a marketplace). Asking for support in this manner (6 tickets in 6 minutes) is an insult and should be dealt with accordingly (even if it means getting a 1 star rating – you will probably get it anyway if that is on their mind).

It would be quite sad if someone Takes on much more than they should just because they are afraid of getting 1 star ratings.
