Unfortunately no one will buy an extended license as long as they don’t know that with a regular license, only one website can be created.

When you buy an item on codedanyon with an extended license (e.g. slider revolution) you are allowed to include it within your WP theme.

You know, neither the regular or the extended licenses allow you to buy and re-use CC items in your themes by default. The licensing terms do specifically state that incorporating items in tools and templates that you wish to resale is forbidden.

In order to be able to do that you need specific permission (via email) from the item’s author combined with an extended license. And some authors will not agree. There’s no “I bought an extended, now I can use it in a theme” default, as you imply.

Within our 5300 sales we sold only one Extended License, that was for a HTML5 template. It happened during our first couple of months here :)

thanks for your feedback, then the difference between Buying an extended license of a slider revolution and distribute it within your theme and buying the extended license of a wp theme and include it within a new theme that has a complete different front end?

cheers uou apps

No, you can include any plugin from code canyon with your theme, BUT, you must first contact and negotiate terms with the plugin developer him/herself, extended license isn’t part of this.

However, you’ll find after contacting most plugin developers, you can agree to 1 extended license purchase per item with their code in it, but you must contact them first to arrange this.
