How tired are you when working at products for envato marketplace? My eyes are red and I cant keep them open my neck hurts and coffee is like water,and one of my legs is a little numb. Well all I want to know with this thread is that someone else is hurting too,the idea that I’m not the only one that is tired and suffering makes me feel better. XD
And if by any chances someone knows some relaxing techniques please tell me,I tried to lay in a bed and concentrate on my breath but for the last 2 months it doesn’t quite work anymore.

Haha, this sounds familiar, don’t be in a rush and take your time to deliver high quality. I invested hundreds of dollars in scripting and my theme still needs design/scripting-time to be perfect. Leave the project for a couple of days and reset, eventually it’ll pay off…
Visit a doctor Monday morning. You’re sick and health is the most precious thing you have!
Be sure to relax. Forget for a few days or weeks of work. Stay away from computers these days to relax your eyes. Lie down before sleep. Forget for a while and do not think about their projects will give you a few days to look at the projects on the other.
Eat properly. That is what i am about to start to do. And get a comfy chair, and also do some physical activities. Do not stay all the day in front of the pc.
Rest! All you need is rest!
What I do usually is mix up my work with my personal activities, I assist my wife in her cooking, pick my kid from his nursery, watch tv shows, all this between the work, these helps me to relax and believe me it makes my work better.
don’t work more then 10 hours a day, and try to relax and rest in the remaining of the day.
red eye? if you can reach your monitor with your hand while sitting in front of it then it’s to close. push it away. If you can’t see it from that distance then you need a glass. (if working during night then additional use this http://stereopsis.com/flux/ )
can’t have your eyes open? shut the computer off and go to sleep.
neck hurts? sitting position and chair is ok?

Spend time with your beloved ones , with your friends , with your family.
This is the best time saving technique ever , and being social also makes you more and more creative.
Think positive , try to feel like you already reached your goals , relax.
Eat healthy food , sleep well ; do not forget that your brain is your precious , treat it like one.
Stay away from caffeine , drink a lot of water or green tea instead.
And after all this , remember what Master Yoda said a long time ago in a galaxy far , far away..:
