How to build a demo site for html templates, with wordpress?

Hi everyone, I’m starting with the design of html pages and I would like to create a template WebDemo to do with wordpress. Already google search to see how but could not find anything compatible with the latest versions of wordpress. So I was wondering if someone who already made ??could help me with an idea to do Sorry for my bad English D:

Perhaps have a page template in WP that loads an iframe? And the URL for that iframe could be stored in a custom field.
