Hi, I’m new to the marketplace. After reading and searching everything, I don’t know, what is should provide in my files. If I create a PSD -Template, what should be in there? How about a Site-Template / WP-Theme?

As for PSD template – you should include all the PSD files and some kind of readme file, with short description, layer/folder structure in your PSDs explained and fonts used. Just some basic info.

As for HTML templates – you should include a folder with the template itself, a folder with PSD files (if you have them) and documentation.

The same goes for WP theme, but instead of folder with theme files you should include an installable zip with your theme. In addition, you will need the license.txt file. It’s also a good idea to include some kind of sample data from your demo for users to upload to their WordPress install and see how some things were achieved.

I have to upload a zip-file? For example I upload a zip-file, which contains blue.psd / red.psd / green.psd?
