How to convert HTML Drop Down Menu into wordpress?

Does anyone know a good tutorial that shows how to convert html drop down menu to WordPress.

I’ve gotten this entire site completely finished, but now I’m having issues figuring out the wp_nav_menu. I have all the array options, but I’m just confused on how to make it work.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
