How to download uploaded files?

I had uploaded a file in GR, and it was under review for a week. Later it was soft rejected by the reviewer as I forgot to include a documentation file regarding the fonts I’ve used in my item. Now the thing is, my system got corrupted recently and I lost few data which included the raw file of the item. Now I don’t have it in my system but I need them so that I can include the documentation file and again upload it over here.

So the question arises, can’t I download the same files which I had uploaded earlier so that I can repack them and again send them for review?

You can’t download it if it’s not on your portofolio.

Maybe try to contact support to see if they have an archive.

I don’t think its possible, Try to contact Envato support or try their FTP up loader.

Yes you can…how?, just go to your portfolio and view it in “List View”. Only in that view will you see the link to download your files

We can’t see Soft Reject Items in list view.
