If disabling the plugin removes these errors, then it is definitely the plugin itself or its compatibility with your theme.

Otherwise, there’s some problem in your theme.

It cannot be diagnosed without looking into the source code.

Try changing the theme to one of the default ones.

You need to check for the existence of the index (key) / property before accessing them in the array / object

For the array (undefined index), look at the isset() function

If the values should always be set, you need to reevaluate why at some point in the code your current state does not match the expected state.
