Hi everyone, I just need a little help from a coder (or anyone with more knowledge than me!)
I am looking to send a notice to one of those nasty little sites we all hate (you know what I mean, trying not to get this locked immediately) but the only way of contact I can find is a form that obviously won’t allow you to upload attachments…..so I want to get the e-mail address from the form that they’ve created. I know it sends it somewhere from that page, so it must be retrievable correct?
Rather then contacting me (in case there are a lot), if you can just post here and let me know if you can help and I will send you the page via your contact form
Thanks very much!
Tim
Shoot me the link via my profile or dm me on twitter

Not necessarily. The content is sent to a PHP script that calls the mail function – if it’s sent to an email address at all. Often it’s not even mailed but stored in some sort of ticket system database.
Perhaps copypaste the DMCA into the contact form?

How about a WHOIS check? There should be an email for the domain registrant?

Just upload the image and link it. If that’s good. There is no way to know where that mail or ticket goes unless you hack into their system.

Thanks very much, this is the next best thing really! I very much appreciate it.
Thanks to everyone else who responded as well. Whois check gives info, but very shady in and of itself….I highly doubt it is a legit e-mail address.
I will use the google form….really, getting it removed from google these days is almost as good as getting it off the site.
Thanks again,
Tim
