Try Smashing Magazine for one. Just make sure that you read the license carefully and that the icons you use are cleared for commercial use.

thanks, howz my template ? i want to sell it first as PSD Template ?
many sites say: link back to us. Can i give them link in the template i am selling for themeforest ?
It would be a considerate thing to do, but you can’t use external links to other sites like, Google, MySpace, FaceBook and others in your templates that are uploaded to Envato sites. So it would be my assessment that given the site you are referring to promotes different licensed material, and that it is an external website outside of Envato jurisdiction, you most likely can not link back to their website in the template you upload to ThemeForest.

yeah, i think so too. thanks mate for clearing this issue. but what if i get the images from google images ? can i use them ?
I think that too is restricted by Envato copyright compliance regulations. I read somewhere in a post from an offical of Envato, staff member, that you can’t use images acquired from Google images in your templates. I’m pretty sure that is still in effect. You would be best off using either your own images or the images from the asset library.
