How to instal a themeforest theme on tumblr

Hi, I bought and downloaded the Squared Folio Tumblr Portfolio theme. But I don’t know how to install it on my tumblr as it comes in a zip file like the sort of stuff you would put on a server for a website or joomla or whatever.

So how do I get all those files onto my tumblr.
