Hello everyone
I want to know how to check users who purchased your product or did not.
What can i do to check this.
Please send me your link or guide from forums or another ( i think a lot of authors asked about it before but i can not find it )
Current i only can check if customers send me message then Themeforest email to me like that : http://www.screencast.com/t/6vxlEP21rp
After click that link you will see : http://www.screencast.com/t/Ry9ciGnimSLq
How to always see that when go to profile of our customers?
I are really appreciate your help.
Thanks and have a nice day!

Hi,

You may install dashboard plus and validate purchase codes right from your account dashboard.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Iman

Just use this link [link removed]

then replace [removed].json name of file with purchase code that is sent to you from your client, so its now your-client-purchase-code.json and it will output your clients purchase data.

This is simple and manual way to check it, works fine until you don’t have a lot of customer support requests.

Hope it helps ! :)

This is actually a good question.

Is it allowed to include some code in theme to track hosts that have our themes installed on?

Something like automatic request to some API on my host or automatic email sending information about customer (or pirate) host and IP that just installed our theme?

It could be hidden somewhere in PHP or JS code.
