Hi,

Just starting to upload my folio (ftp) and it separates out files into ready and needs work sections. However, the needs work section doesn’t say what needs doing. The files ALL have IPTC data (keywords, titles etc…) and so I am not sure what I need to do to them?

Also, how on earth do you attach a model release to just an image or two? Surely you don’t have to upload the image at the same time as the release as is suggested by the ftp bulk upload instructions??

Thanks in advance

Tim

Hi THP ,

If you go to your submission and follow the edit item link you’ll see what needs to be corrected on each submission e.g. . Improvements to the validation messages were made earlier today so it should be pretty straight forward to fix up your items and submit them for review.

For photos that require a release form if you only have a few photos I’d recommend you use the Web Uploader over the FTP service as the Web Uploader allows you to attach release forms on a per submission basis whereas the FTP service is more tailored for bulk submission from one photo shoot or photos without release forms.

We’ve still got a few things in the works to improve both upload methods so stay tuned.

great thanks for that.

I seriously think there needs to be a simpler way to attach releases so we don’t have to sort through hundreds of images pre-upload to weed out ones with models and upload them separately.

Also, on another topic – how can I turn off email notification of approval/rejection?
