Recently i design new PSD & give to another author for HTML conversion on fixed cost. what would i do if he submit HTML from there account without my permission. My PSD got rejected but may be approve in html & WP category (hope) as par reviewer comments
Any one have IDEA, how to protect my Work

Sign a contract. Also upload your design to flickr/dribbble/etc to have it as proof that you created it..

If someone uses your design on the marketplace without your permission, you can open a support ticket and use those as proof.

you need to file a DMCA takedown notice, support cant do anything until that is done
