Smoking is possible to throw in two ways..
1. Cut himself head
2. To start Smoking electronic cigarette, instead of smelly tobacco, saturated with all sorts of chemicals and urine of animals.
I smoked for 1-1 .5 packs of cigarettes a day.. Light already spit in the morning. A year ago I switched to electronic cigarette; not cheap, not the kind that really like a cigarette outside, and at the big e… hookah, that is.
And that’s been a year since I began to feel that stopped coughing, shortness of breath away, appetite has improved all the body’s functions.
I am not an advertiser and nothing tout I Just want to tell people that this is real.
We need now to create a topic: how to quit drinking?
They should be illegal. There is nothing to gain from them the only thing they do is draining your health and wallet.

Today it’s 2 weeks since i quit (i was smoking a bit more than a pack a day) and oh boy what a feeling
First days will look like a nightmare, you won’t be able to concentrate, you will be nervous and most of all, you’d want to smoke even your balcony grass…so yeah, pretty nasty…
But will be way better later, say day 5 and so on, actually it only becomes better and better
The most crucial thing is to find the right moment to quit, don’t try to do it in a moment when you’re under lot of stress, but do it when relaxed (say after you got paid from envato) and if possible when you can leave your home for hours so that you forget you have to smoke.
Don’t use electronic cigs or lie yourself that you reduce the amount of cigs you smoke daily till you quit. It doesn’t work like so…
Also, don’t know how much it helps, but i’ve also read Allen’s Carr book to quit smoking (yeah, i wanted to quit that badly so i’ve read a book, get over it ), take a look: http://allencarr.com/

Seriously now, I do believe it’s one of those personal decisions you have to take and set a deadline for it!
“I ‘ll stop smoking at the end of August” let’s say. The hard part is that you have to convince yourself that after that day there will be no more smoking! The good news is that you can enjoy smoking all you want by then!
That’s how I did it! I set a deadline and from then on I am smoke free! It’s been 4 years now.
I had to build in me the self control to do it first though and then stop!
You have to get ready to give up smoking!
