I’ve never even tried smoking and as far as I’m concerned I won’t.

But I have a few friends and relatives that has managed to get rid of the bad habbit by replacing it with various stuff..

Some of them choosed to do a very healty thing and started running and going to the gym alot more while others just simply replaced it with something such as carrots or sweets :D

first time cold quitted from 40-60 per day and held it for 2 years, so it’s definitely possible ( but I had this wonderful idea to buy a pack at a summer festival ). After that I was trying nearly 50 times, but without major success. Now I smoke the ecigs, which are pretty awesome. I can compare and I feel that my health is on same rate as 90% nonsmoker. Started with nicotine equivalent of 120 cigarettes per day ( you wont even notice :D ), and keep lowering. I have plan to drop ecigs too, but not now since they are not my major problem :)

I tried but failed many times, e-cig sucks you will get addicted to it and it is more awful than real cigarettes. My best try was by converting to slim light cigarettes and reducing number of cigarettes I smoke every day until I reached 2 slim cigarettes per day which was good.

I think this is the most effective medicine recommended for stop smoking. I will start to use it soon. ;)

Just quit. From experience, the best way is just to quit cold turkey. Also scare yourself with thinking about all the diseases you are prone to get :-P

When you feel the urge to smoke, just think of a big red stop sign, and then move on.. :-)

Used nicotine for 19 years before i quit, although it was swedish “snus”. Some say it is even harder to quit that.

It has been a year now since i stopped without any problems (so far) :-)
