Buy a Notepad! and Call it your Idea Book! everytime you have an Idea writed down in the IDEABOOK. so just work on your first idea and make it happen . one by one just dont put them all in your head at the same time they will drive you crazy lol.

one at time.

then when you dont have nothing to do just go back to your idea book.

Happiness is a choice that I can do anytime, anywhere.
My thoughts are what make me feel happy or unhappy, not my circumstances.
Be able to change yourself and the world will change with you.
Remember that the only thing you can control in the world are your thoughts …

Adding structure to your schedule can help. With normal jobs, when you punch a clock it creates the sensation of looking forward to something—like going home and spending time with family/friends or maybe you have big plans for the weekend. But when you set your own hours and work all the time, you don’t really experience this. So maybe try setting hours for work-time and quitting-time, and then make an effort to make plans outside of work to give yourself something to look forward to.

I would say atleast not worrying about being unhappy may help! :D Taking things easily can go a long way. While doing this, the problem is a solid – backfire coming from ignorance; a complex subject.

How do everyone else being happy and stable in their life?????

It looks there is no such thing, really; if you go deep and observe someone. I doubt even single person exists in the planet who manages “NOT to worry about current state of self”. There is a mystery or atleast there is a confusion surrounding the so called happiness, blah blah. Or it looks things are too simple or too complex to allow us being ease/stable.

As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it.

Do what you love, and your life will seem like an anarchy. But soon, you’ll realize that things are actually falling in place.
