Hey guys, I have a nivo slider and I want it to have rounded corner.

I added the border radius on the container, then on the img, then on the link .. nothing work.

When it load, it’s rounded corner .. but as soon as there is a transition, it’s square again.

Anybody have a solution?

you could try using these functions

        beforeChange: function(){}, // Triggers before a slide transition
        afterChange: function(){}, // Triggers after a slide transition

as for adding border radius to images it only works in a few browsers(Itll have changed since I last tested it been a while) but I know ff 3.6 and below it doesnt work on images same with older versions of Chrome, it works in safari 3+ and Im unsure about Opera 11 but I know it doesnt work in 10.5

Hey DD, if you still need help with this let me know. It’s kind of tricky to get this done (check out my Explicita landing page which has a slider with round corners).

Best,
Chris

its untested as Im just writing it in here but it’d be something like

$(window).load(function() {
    $('#slider').nivoSlider({
afterChange: function(){ $('#slider').css('border-radius', '4px'}
}
);
});

+ the -moz and -webkit rules for border radius.
