@IvorPadilla You’re doing a great job… wasn’t this also the year you had to change your username from “iPad”? :-p

Haha that’s correct, and thanks for the kind words man.

It was amazing year but 2011 will be much better! We plan to expand our team, move to office and start releasing at least 1 theme monthly!

Can’t wait!

Very happy with this year, it looked somewhat like a ramp. I haven’t released any themes this year either.

It would be so good to know the overall site statistics. Like.. which was the best month on TF for all authors, theme characteristics by sales, etc, etc, just to get a hint on what the market wants…although I can just go and see the top sellers :p

Anyway…happy 2011 to all of you! you make a grate community!

My 2010 (without an image) looked alot like this…

Jan/Feb – milking sales from previously released themes.

March – Slower.

April – Released a new template – high sales. May – High sales because of new template.

June/July/August – Generally good passive income.

September/October – Gradual drop, passive income dried up for me.

November – Really bad month.

December – Released a new theme – sales went through the roof again!!!

I think the moral of the story is if you release regularly, you’ll get quite high returns regularlarly but if like me you treat it as passive income, it gets you a fair return on whatever you put into it.

Not releasing between April – December didnt really hurt me financially, but I sure as hell could have made much more if I made the effort.

I’m releasing again end of Jan/early Feb – I’m planning to be more regular this year for sure!
