How would do this expression?

I’m still learning and i’m not too skilled with expressions, i only know some basic ones. But what i’m trying to do is have the cone angle of a light flicker between 80 and 90 degrees, i have that down i’m using: random(80,90) but the flickers are occurring too frequently how would i lower the frequency? I hope its ok that i’m posting this here…

I reckon a simple wiggle expression would do the trick.

use posterizeTime(time_to_delay); before you call the random function
