Just wondering how everything thinks how this new release of the google marketplace will effect the Envato marketplaces, or if it won’t effect it at all? Personally, I think Envato still has a killer niche, however getting new customers might be more difficult.
What does everyone think?

I think Google Apps Marketplace and Envato Marketplaces are completely different. Won’t change thing very much, maybe the odd “I need a developer to build me a google apps app” post?
Doesn’t this Google marketplace require the apps to use some framework for some “integration” possibilities, for example phones that run on Google Android? Envato does not have such policy (if I understand this new marketplace correctly
