I can’t see SC integration happening. There has been so much discussion around it for so long, if anything was going to happen it would have by now. I believe the reason is simply this: SC is not a go to place for media producers, but more of a showcase to fellow musicians/artists.

Regarding the now almost obsolete Flash format (no development for years now) – I totally agree AJ needs to get with the times. I suspect they are addressing it but some communication from them would be nice. There’s nothing like silence to frustrate authors/buyers alike and fuel the rumour mill. The eventual change will be none too soon. :impatient:

The player with the waveform would be VERY USEFUL when searching music! +1 Daniel!

It’s not that SC should be “The place to go” for our music, but to just embed the SC player on the item description page, so customers can browse trough music like one does in 2013 (instead 1999) :)

Exactly, we could embed different versions of tracks, loops etc. Buyers would be able to see the waveform and be a click away to listen to different versions included in the zip, instead of just stabbing the time line on the “EQ player” we have now..

But why do we want to embed SC players when Envato could just make several AJ players (without that visual EQ thing which just takes up space) and let us upload several previews and each would be on its own player? In the uploading part we would have an option to have up to 5 players, as maximum number of item version is 5. Edit: html5 players of course

Also an option, BUT a waveform player ist the most comfortable way to browse trough music. Unfortunately no one has one that comes close to the SC player ‘till today.

If Envato could join forces with some of the best scripters on their own marketplaces, it would sure be possible to come up with a top notch and up to date Audioplayer.

Player with waveform could be really useful, also, I can ask a friend about the script, it is not so difficult ,

Sorry I completely missed the point here. Now I get it, I would support AJs own player in the style of SC :)
