Mate sorry but that’s not visually attractive, is not well spaced but you have the hands to improve your skills 
Just a few thoughts:
1.- You can’t say HTML Design IMHO you don’t design HTML , Web Design is way more than ‘HTML Design’ HTML is just code.
2.- The J333 Logo is TOO big.
3.- The menu is not well spaced
4.- Try using another font for the headings.
5.- Use a grid http://960.gs/
