Did you make major improvements? I mean, I don’t understand soft vs hard reject. Wouldn’t be easier to just soft reject and tell people what to fix. Isn’t hard reject a rejection that you cannot come back from?

He actually got approved now. The difference is the amount of what needs fixing. There are too many submissions to feedback on all of them hence why soft gets feedback hard is deemed to be too far off. You can always come back from a hard rejection but it will require a decent amount of changes and improvements
