With respect if you are planning on creating files as an author for sale on here, then you should have no problem with relatively simple code to create the effect in that link. There are various tutorials for Jquery/Javascript that will achieve it in Google

Also you need to tyr and make something unique that is your own rather than something being used elsewhere to help with the chance of being approved.
