Just one day after the release of my first HTML template I googled it and was surprised to see it on so many Warez websites… I wonder if you guys have some advices / technics to protect HTML temlate files on your demo server? Or maybe are you adding some htaccess to block well known warez URLs?

Minify code as much as possible you might want to disable right click? but chances are what ever you do to block it a web designer will be able to get around it

Deep in jquery on a preview site, or on many places that are hard to find, or just many places, place a javascript redirection to your item. If they don’t notice it (and I suppose it’s some robot that rips our templates) you get a free commercial 
It can be gotten around it but there are some chances that a user will give up and buy it instead.
You just must check if someone is viewing it from themeforest.
