All files have been succesfully Validated. The Design is clean and simple.
We are very frustated as we really don’t know what are the reasons for getting rejected.
Any opinion will be helpful!
the design quality is not good. if you take a look at the themes that are approved you can see a clear difference. Some of the text in the slider is very hard to read. You have dark text on a dark background.
Most of the spacing looks huge. Like there is a lot of space between elements. Everything is so big. Some of your buttons don’t have the right spacing. Like your facebook button for example. You have padding on the left but none on the right.
There are some really neat things in your template but it just needs more work. Way to much to mention for the reviewers.

Don’t give up. Keep trying. Remake your template and try again. As long as you make significant changes, you can resubmit without issue.
Careful with copyrighted material, there’s no way you have a license that allows you to play The Beatles as you wish on a site like that surely?
I would say play with color and font style. font is not visible to eyes and I can not look at your slider for long
Responsive is also not good and having issue
