I ACCIDENTLY pushed the button that puts off my exclusive status!!!

Now I have no button at all and an inscription ‘You have opted out and will be receiving exclusive rates until 19 December 11, upon which you will become a non-exclusive author??

But I want to be exclusive author! Pls someone help me, what should I do now?

I just wanted to examine new envato interface, and there was no confirmation pop-up or any help text!

I did it, but I’m still waiting for a reply to my ticket, that had been sent by me about 3 weeks ago. So, I’m not sure that I’ll recieve an answer soon. And I’m very frightened withing my new status(((

I think you must wait..i am sure Envato Staff will help you.

If it’s not a jape like ‘you pushed the button—recieve 25% the whole next month and be wiser the next time’(( I can’t explain the button’s disappearance another way.

There is a 30 day cool down period where you will remain exclusive, after which you simply re-instate yourself as exclusive and your account will go back to as it was before you pushed the button.

This is the description when you go to your setting.

You can opt-out of the exclusivity program by clicking the button below. You will be given a 30 day grace period wherein the agreement is still observed after which your payments will return to normal and you may commence selling your items elsewhere.
